Where is the theatre located?

The theatre is located at 130 Gwendolyn Blvd, Keswick, ON, L4P 3W8.(link is external) Free parking is available on-site.

What are the theatre’s hours of operation?

The theatre’s hours of operation vary depending on scheduled events. The box office is open Tuesday to Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can also visit online(link is external), call 905-476-0193 or email slt@georgina.ca(link sends email) for assistance.

Is there parking available at the theatre?

Yes, there is parking available on-site at the SLT. Additional parking options may be available nearby.

What should I do if I lost something during an event?

The SLT is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you lost an item during an event, contact the theatre by calling 905-476-0193 or emailing slt@georgina.ca(link sends email) for assistance. 

What are the policies regarding photography and recording during performances?

Photography and recording are generally not allowed during performances unless specified otherwise. Follow any instructions from theatre staff regarding this policy.

What is the theatre's policy on late arrivals?

We encourage everyone to arrive at least 15 mins prior to a performance start time. To minimize disruption, latecomers will be seated at an appropriate break in the performance, as determined by staff.

Can I volunteer at the theatre?

Yes, we welcome volunteers to assist with ticket scanning, ushering and bartending (please note: if interested in bartending, a smart serve certificate is required). Please visit our volunteer information page and fill out our volunteer application.

Are there educational programs or workshops available?

Yes, the theatre is accessible. We offer an accessible ramp (located at the back northeast corner of the venue), wheelchair seating and accessible restrooms. Please contact the box office in advance if you require accessible seating when purchasing tickets.

Can I purchase tickets in advance?

What is the seating capacity of the theatre?

Can I bring a child to a performance?

Children are welcome at age-appropriate performances. Please check the show’s content advisory before purchasing tickets. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

What is the refund or exchange policy for tickets?

There are no exchanges or refunds on tickets purchased. All ticket sales are final.

Is there assigned seating, or is it general admission?

Seating varies by performance. Most productions feature assigned seating, while some events may offer general admission. Seating information will be provided at the time of ticket purchase.

Are there group discounts or special rates available?

Group discounts and special rates vary by performance. When available, group discounts and special rates will be listed within the event description for each event on our ticketing website, Tix Hub.

What should I do if I lost my ticket?

Stay, dine and shop

Are food and beverages available at the theatre?

Bar and concessions vary by show. When offered, bar/concessions are available up to 1 hour before the show and during intermission. Offerings may include snacks and a variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. For shows offering bar service, please note the bar will close once the intermission has ended.

Are there any nearby accommodations or restaurants?

What is the policy on bringing outside food and beverages?

Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted in the theatre. Concessions are available for purchase during events.
