Planning Division
The Planning Division is mainly involved in communicating the municipality's planning policy and regulations relating to all forms of land development to both the general public and private interests. This division is also responsible for the administration of Council recommendations with respect to planning matters. Additional planning responsibilities include processing applications for official plan, secondary plans, and zoning by-law amendments, monitor planning processes for municipality, assist in resolving planning issues by conveying information, negotiation and mediation.
