Development of the previously approved (2003) conceptual master plan for the Civic Centre Lands on approximately 150 acres
(60.7 ha) with frontage on Base Line Road and Civic Centre Road. See attached project description and abstract from

The budget will be refined as design progresses and subject to Council direction, the project will be fine tuned to come within $14.2 million or as needed to meet Building Canada criteria. We are still waiting for information as to how and when the funds will be delivered to the Town.
