It is policy, at the discretion of the Fire Chief to provide fire safety education programs deemed necessary by the Fire Chief to address fire safety concerns in the community and heighten fire safety awareness. The Georgina Fire Department takes great pride in providing educational programs for the residents of Georgina.

• TAPP-C (The Arson Prevention Program for Children)
• SMOKE ALARM PROGRAM
• LEARN NOT TO BURN
• OLDER AND WISER
• S.A.F.F.E. (Seniors Awareness of Falls and Fire Education).

It is policy, at the discretion of the Fire Chief to conduct tours of the fire stations when requested by the public and to use these opportunities to promote fire safety to the residents of the Town of Georgina.
