Department of Leisure Services
The Department of Leisure Services encompasses our theatres, parks, arenas, and other municipal owned recreational facilities.
The Calendar of Events also lists upcoming events throughout the Town of Georgina.
This department is headed by the Director of Leisure Services. The various divisions and facilities are managed by the Aquatics Manager,
Manager of Parks & Open Spaces, Manager of Policy & Development, and
Manager of Recreation & Administrative Services, along with the assistance of the Aquatics Coordinator,
Arena Supervisors, various Lead Hands, facility supervisors and a team of dedicated staff.

The Town of Georgina was proud to be one of the selected Olympic Torch Relay communities on December 18th, 2009.
