Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) provides leadership to all departments. The CAO also ensures that Council's priorities and strategic directions are effectively planned and executed by coordinating municipal operations and encouraging staff to provide superior service delivery to residents and ratepayers. The Department of Administrative Services, Department of Fire & Emergency Services, Department of Engineering & Public Works, Department of Leisure Services and Department of Planning & Building report directly to the CAO. In addition, the Human Resources Division and Georgina Public Libraries also reports to this office.
